I had two meters of the fabric and the repeat was three across, 6 inch repeat down, I could have had lots of little stacks. So instead of cutting it down the middle, I cut it in three. depending on the size of repeat, you can possible get all 6 of them across. just make sure where you are cutting is where it repeats. The only thing is that chances are that the print will be smaller and then you will end up possible cutting it small like I did so that you have what you want showing. make sure that you take your seam allowances off when figuring out what you want showing. I didn't want to colors bleeding into the other blocks, and part was that I had such a piece that I didn't want the same blocks, 6 inch repeat, if you cut 2 inch strips, you will get repeat pieces more likely if you cut more than one repeat, if you are only using one repeat you are safe. Does that make sense? for the blue, I didn't have much left, it was a scrap and the repeat was staggered so i pretty much had to almost fussy cut the repeat out, I have some strange scraps from that. When I do my tut, it might be a while, but I will try and cover all of it.
