Pat, Hilton Head is an awesome place for vacation. You should go! We went there several years ago. Check and see if the shrimp shack is still open. Great shrimp and sweet potato fries. Oooh, those would not be too good for losing weight.
My stove is a Frigidaire which is made by Electrolux. It has a convection oven which is nice for some things but not if you want to buy the family size Papa Murphy's pizza - it doesn't fit. The fan for the convection oven takes up a lot of space but if you want to bake 3 racks of cookies at the same time it is great.
