So glad to read all of the hints for dealing with arthritis. I knew that I needed to keep the hands moving, but some of the other advice is new. Last week I started crocheting a baby blanket for my niece and I've noticed some stiffness and soreness (no surprise) so I will follow everyone's advice and hope that will help. You're the best!
