Tomato Aspic ... here's a recipe that I found online similar to what my Mom made. I know she used tomato juice, and lemon jello, along with chopped celery. I never cared for it ... though maybe with age, I now would?

It must be good, if it has Betty Crocker's name on it! Right?
the jello in the can sounds fun but the tomato aspic brings back memories of my grandmother serving it at every darn meal. As I kid I thought it was disgusting. Haven't tried it as an adult, don't think I ever will. I look at aspic like I do library books.....I don't have to read all the books I check out if I can't get into them! I figure as as adult I have earned the right to live an aspic free life...LOL
