Yes, the LAQ should have called you when she saw the problem, even if it was already loaded on the frame. But, on the other hand she can only work with what you give her. Really important to measure borders correctly and square up the entire quilt top before you take it to the LAQ. Sometimes easier said than done, that's for sure!!
