Forgot one thing. Once upon a time a recipe required brown sugar. I called Splenda and asked if they were in the process of creating s-f brown sugar. They said they were creating the brown sugar/Splenda blend and then told me how to come up with s-f brown sugar. Combine Splenda and s-f pancake syrup. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. Forgive me, I am a "plop, plop cook and the despair of my children so I do not know how much Splenda to how much syrup. I cook to people's taste. If you are a brown sugar fanatic, brown sugar taste you get. If not, probably not so much brown sugar taste.
