I agree about filing a claim and/or negative feedback at the very least. No excuse for rudeness or poor packing. I use eBay and have never had a bad experience like that but I did have one with delayed response...but only once. Don't let that buyer get away with shoddy business. It hurts everyone. Not all are like that.
