On a separate note, did I miss the post where you state what widths to cut the sashing strips? I cut mine 1" and 1-5/8".

For the current method I am doing the strips are suppose to be 1" inch width by the length of your block and the Back side Sashine is 1-3/4" width by the length of your block. If you click on the blog link in my signature you can easily find the posts for each segment of the current tutorial.
