Very pretty! Some of it depends too on your batting. The batting will say like 'quilt up to 8 inches'. Your blocks are 9 inches? The monopoly has a slight shine to it. I think the gridwork would be nice in a thread that matches the background. Or even straight diaganol lines just going 1 direction.
Try a search on webshots for 'redwork quilts'. Maybe there's another way. I have a redword SBS top tucked away in a drawer. At least you'll finish it!
