The only cold main dishes I can think of would be sandwiches or salads.
If you wanted to serve warm dishes, you could always look into getting one of those electric cooler/warmers that plug into your car lighter. (Igloo makes them and probably other brands out there too) Then you can cook your meal at home and transport it warm to the games.
