Quilt Bearded after Washing
I have a quilt which was one of the first I made about 8 years ago and it has been a disaster. Firstly when I washed it, although I had pre-washed the fabrics, the red ran and I had cream in it so this became a pinky colour. It has sat in my cupboard for about 4 years but today I decided to buy some colour run remover and washed it. Some of the colour was removed but now it has bearding all over it. I have tried using a lint roller and that has removed some of it, I have put it in the dryer but there is still a lot of lint left on it. How can I get this off please?
