Have one and use it daily. Just the 2 of us to cook for. Haven't had the big oven on in years. Adjusted recipes to go in smaller ovenwear. You may need to adjust your recipes but I would encourage you to get one.I don't think I could be without one. I placed an old cutting board underneath to keep heat from damaging countertop.
