Sounds like a very unhappy voter. LOL. We just had a civic election, & I phoned to ask where I could drop it off or if they'd pick it up or could I just destroy it. They left a message on my machine, "I could also just use it for a craft." When I came home somebody had taken mine, or tossed it in the garbage.
