That's horrible!! It wasn't packaged very well
I will add, I don't know if anyone else has the problem or has noticed but I've received several things via UPS lately and they look like they were tied onto the back of the truck and dragged to my house!! I've received FedEx packages with no damage. EVERY package I've received in the last month from UPS has been ripped almost to shreds!!
