About those Kitchen Aid stand mixers. I have 2: the one I got for Christmas in 1972 when my new husband discovered I can make bread from scratch, the mixer facilitating my production, and the other one I inherited from my paternal grandmother which was purchased when Dad was a small child. Dad is now 90. All the bits and pieces for them switch and swap. Both mixers are used constantly when we are at home and one is on the road, summer traveling with us in the RV
Our daughter tried to "rescue" one from me but wound up being given her own for Christmas. She has a for fun booth at a farmer's market and bakes bread for sale. Guess what she uses.
Kitchen Aids are the best!!!!!
