This machine clatters like crazy. It's a metallic noise, and the faster you push it the louder it gets. We have had every cover part off this machine that comes off watching as it runs and just cannot find what's making the noise. The other 413 isn't quiet, but it don't clatter like this one.
Plus the stitch length control is out of adjustment. I'm thinking that might have an affect on the stretch stitch settings. At best it's difficult to regulate the stitch length.
Basically I'm trying to diagnose the noise, and adjust the stitch length knob so the numbers correspond to reality.
