Near the top of the page, there is a link to Advanced Search.
Click it and go to the advanced search page
Enter "Design Wall"
Select "Search Titles Only" from the drop down menu
Click "Search Now"
This will filter out all the misc. mentions of design walls in threads and target the search to threads specific to this topic.
