The best suggestion I can make here is that we need to all write to JoAnn's corporate HQ and complain.
Next step? SHOP LOCALLY! (and this is for EVERY purchase you need to make!) Just remember that if you are keeping your neighbor employed, he's not on the welfare rolls ....
