This sounds like a fun project to work on with quilting buddies. I've a lot on my plate right now, but might try this out. I'll have to get the book first. From looking at the pictures, it seems like they are based on triangles, so similar to putting together a OBW, with cubes added to the design. I'm not sure how the background comes together. Looks interesting.
