Goof for you!!
I can go on and on about my experiences at Joann's. When they advertise a sale on their Keepsake Calico the same fabric may be on sale in one store but not in another. It drives me nuts.
My major pet peeve is the registers. They never ever have enough people on the registers on Saturday afternoon. Usually there are only 2 registers working and there are literally 20 people in line. I want to spend my weekend time quilting - not waiting in line at Joanns. I'm sure they don't pay very well because the employee turnover is huge which explains why you can't find anyone that knows where anything is.
I've complained to the corporate office about the register situation but nothing has changed.
