Doesn't that cause the seam allowance on the bottom piece to be a full 1/4" and the top one is the only one that would get the 'scant' measurement? btw, thank you to THIS person who actually took the time to put up a big honkin' picture taken STRAIGHT ON and up close to show exactly what is meant by this 'scant' quarter inch. Every other video that I've seen has the person sitting at the machine while the camera is positioned somewhere to the left of the sewing table and/or too far away to actually SEE what's going on, which is NO help to those of us who need to SEE it.
