When I was selling bears all over the USA and beyond, I made ..who would have thought...teddy bears from wedding gowns. Also used mens suits, fur coats, jeans and flannel shirts from family members to make bears as special memory items for families. While with Silver Dollar City as a craftsman, I made dresses for my porcelain dolls that the people would order. Now that shabby chic is the thing, make anything you want to go in a room. I would cover photo albums and things like that with the satin. All things are possible when you love crafts.
