When I gave my SIL a quilt about 10 years ago, she gave me a little quilt journal book as a thank you gift. I have a larger book now of pictures of my quilts and their new owners, with the date, pattern, fabrics, if it was a special occasion (like a wedding), and maybe a geographic location. I already had pictures of quilts I had made for 20 years or so, so the little one filled up quickly.
