It is wonderful to have her around. She sewed all her life, was a dressmaker by trade, made both mine and my sister's wedding dresses. She didn't start quilting until her mid-70s. She joined a group at her church who pieced tops together, hand quilting, to be sold at the church bazaar. I made her a small lap quilt and gave it to her this past weekend. She was very appreciative and loved the FMQ I had done.
