Crossed Canoes (aka The Dragon Fly aka Indian Canoes aka Twinkling Star aka Santa Fe) has triangles in the center and is made with straight lines, not curves.

Priscilla (aka World Without End aka Amethyst aka Diamond Star aka Star and Diamond aka Rocky Road to Kansas aka Golden Wedding) is also made with straight lines, not curves.

The OP's quilt is intentionally made with curved arcs. They are not 'straight lines gone bad'.
