wow- nice bowls---that seems really expensive for your cotton cording though- i purchase 50 feet at the local hardware store for $4...your 50 yards would be 3 times that-so if i buy 3 (50 feet) packs it's $12...and no shipping. my dollar general store carries 25 feet for $1.50 too...so that's even less- but seasonal- they don't always have it- when they do i tend to stock up & buy a number of them....again- no shipping- or waiting. have you checked local sources?
