I am to bring dessert again to our Easter dinner. In the past I've made cakes in the shape of bunnies, chicks, lambs, crosses, etc. I have made cupcakes with little nests on top, pies in apple, peach, lemon, and more, carrot cheesecake, and cookies with jelly beans. So you can see I need new ideas. We always have plenty of gelatin salads and ice cream.
