Dump cake is good. Made with blueberry pie filling is our favorite. Very easy. Also we love the Barefoot Contessa recipe for raspberry cheesecake. It is on the food network site. It also freezes well. I made 15 of them for my nieces wedding and 10 for my daughters wedding. They were a huge hit. Sometimes I skip the raspberries and eat it plain or add another fruit.

Make 5 cup salad

1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup coconut
1- 8 oz sour cream
1 cup miniature marshmallows (colored ones make this salad look very Easter-like)

! usually double the recipe for company and make it the day before so ingredients all meld together

A layered dessert is good with a baked crust, topped with a layer of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar mixed together, followed by chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, then topped w/Cool Whip. Sorry I don't have the recipe with me.

The Lemon Fluff recipe posted on this board also sounds good.

Saw a wonderful idea on Pinterest. Watermelon carved like a bunny with fruit salad inside. If I can trudge through the snow to find a watermelon I will try to do that.
