How about a strawberry upside-down cake. The recipe I use is on
www.allrecipes.com. The only thing I do different is to make it in 2 round pans and use 2 small pkgs of jell-o (1 per pan). I was having difficulty getting it to dump out and this is an easy enough solution. Sometimes I make it with raspberries and raspberry jell-o instead since we have raspberry bushes in the yard. Be sure to bring the whipped topping though.
