Chocolate delight....sometimes called "Fat Man's Pie"...I double the recipe and instead of using all chocolate pudding, I use half chocolate and half vanilla. Very easy but very good.

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
FILLING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
Mix well: cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix 2 packages chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread other half of Cool Whip on top.
