No, it is taken from a book I have...
Quilter's Academy vol. 2, and they call it "Four Patch Chain on Point."
It is really just a 9 patch using the off white as the outer points top and bottom and the colored squares as the other 4 squares and then a chain block which is also a 9 patch but the corners of the 9 patch are 4 patches. Send me a PM and I will tell you more in detail if you want to know.
