I also wanted to mention that I watched a video on You tube. Search on
www.youtube.com for Taking the stress out of long arm quilting by Jamie Wallen. I watched that and I did as he suggested with setting the bobbin tension. Never had the machine work so good. I think I had the bobbin tension too tight.
