Its an odd tatoo considering your DD doesn't sew yet...if it were I would ask her to honor your sewing tradition in a different way.
Our youth doesn't seem to understand the permanence of tatoos or the impermance of their youth.
On the up side...the next generation will think tattos are a totally old fashioned parent thing to do LOL
