Cut squares as big as you can and sash them with a coordinating color, til you've used up your fabric.

The ensuing quilt will last almost forever and be really pretty. Since it is heavy fabric, don't try to do anything fancy--you'll just get frustrated and be unable to make sharp edges, points, small pieces, etc. Ask me how I know.

But I made several charity quilts out of similar fabric and they last and last and last. Go simple.
