I've been following this saga since it started and feeling a little smug because we haven't had any mice for a while. We had one earlier this fall, but it was quickly caught. So although I'm happy for you that your little friend is finally gone...guess what we have now?
This morning all three cats were VERY interested in the cabinet under the sink. Two cats sniffed and pawed at the door and the third, the best mouser, cried because she couldn't get close to it (she doesn't like to be near the other two cats). Finally the oldest cat settled down in front of the cabinet door to wait. She's still there, so the other two left to sleep somewhere else. Tonight I'll clean the cabinet out and let the door open and hopefully our little visitor will be gone by tomorrow.
