We use a "Filtron" to cold brew our coffee. We use the extract for both hot and or Iced coffee. You can find these on Filtron.com. For approx. $50 you get the filtron and a decanter. It's an easy system.
We use ground coffee, water, let stand overnight and drain in the am.
