Hoffman Fabrics Customer Service
I recently emailed Hoffman Fabrics to let them know how disappointed I was that a Bali Pop I purchased about a year ago was anything but straight and thus, not usable for the project I planned for it. I had used Bali Pops before and never had had a problem. I expected a return email expressing their concern but was extremely pleased when I received not only a very sincere apology but also the offer to replace the Bali Pop! Needless to say, they have retained a very satisfied customer.
