Um...the flu vaccination is different than mumps, is it not? I did and do get the flu shot every year. I was immunized for mumps as a child and had no idea I needed to be re-immunized to teach. No, there is nothing preventing the adults who work with children from getting vaccinations, but if they have already had the vaccination, they feel that they are protected, as I did. Sheesh!
