The buyer I bought mine from actually gave me a two yr warranty and I ended up using it but I think he owned a company so it was more cost efficient to him, if it didn't work he could fix it. Do a disclaimer; there are alot who give a 7 day return policy and others that sells as is. Make sure this is established up front when posting the ad though.
