Default My OSMG is an enabler, Singer 115

A Singer 115, Tiffany/Gingerbread decals, has been on my wish list. I visited him on Tuesday to pick up a few goodies and I spied the 115. I asked him if he wanted to sell it, silly me, of course the answer was yes, Someone had given it to him. The treadle base was missing the treadle wheel and pitman arm, so I bought only the sewing machine head. It is missing the bobbin winder assembly which he will be looking for, he thinks he has one somewhere. After an oiling I mounted her in a Singer 127 cabinet. The serial number is G4,090,272, allotted 29 June 1915. She will be 98 years old on Sunday.

Love how quiet she is and her perfect stitches.

This is the fix for the belt connector, dental floss. I don't think the metal clip thingys are made well these days.
