I bought an adapter for my Bernina 1230. It fits on to my cone and then I can use regular shank non-Bernina feet on my Bernina machine. I don't use specialty feet much, but when I did it worked fine.
Edit: I just looked up the Artista 200 and found several different adaptors depending on what type of shank you want on your non-Bernina feet. Here is a link:

There is an adaptor for snap-on feet, for standard shank feet, and for short-shank feet.
