Thanks for the thumbs up on the PB Blaster!
It worked. I sprayed it only on the underside of the machine. Let it sit for a bit while I did something else and came back and there was noticeable movement but still not able to move freely. Let it sit awhile longer and gently forced the wheel by hand till it would go all the way around. Still has a bit of a catch but can now crank it either way.
Still plenty more cleaning to do but now I know it is worth the effort.
Now to find a shuttle for it. . . Suggestions for a good source?
