He fights depression alot because he can't do awhole lot. He sits in our bedroom alot in his wheelchair-he has a tv and computer in there but he can't be on them for very long and doesn't really do much. He has blackouts and times when he doesn't function well so it is so great when I see him up and doing something that makes him happy. I just had to share this as it was so funny to me to see him working at a sewing machine!! He does keep my antique Singer oiled for me and if I have a problem he comes in and helps figure out what's wrong. Haven't had to take it to anyone yet to have anything fixed. It's a 1950 reproduction of an 1850's Singer. So it has aches and pains from time to time. I've had it for almost 30 yrs and I sew on it most every day for the last 11 years at least!
