I will tell you I have had no more problems with blades dulling early since I switched to Martelli blades and the Martelli mats!...I wait untill they have their Redlline Sale twice a year when everything is 50% off - and I stock up then. I believe they are the BEST blades and mats..........and with the cost of quilting cotton ever increasing, I cannot afford not to use the best blades and mats I can get..........
