I don't know that my stuffing is so off-the-wall, but being Jewish, my family used challah (Jewish bread) as the base for the stuffing. and about making the stuffing with Challah bread Our family uses saltines...... used to be Uneeda biscuits ( too expensive now) The stuffing is different and noone else I know , except my family , makes it like this. So, I get the whole wierd stuffing feeling :D
Anyone else use Uneeda biscuits or saltines??????????????
