The siding will be delivered in the morning and will have him put it in the garage. Tell him what my lawyer wants to see, give me all the papers and go from there. I have been told it was not my fault he did not measure correctly and that it is his duty to buy what he needs to finish the job. So the money I paid for the extra siding should be put to the final payment of labor. But if he does not finish the job, he does not deserve the full amount for labor.
That is why I want all the invoices etc for the lawyer to decipher what is going to happen.
I HATE doing this but he is running a business and must follow the rules of good business.
