I got 25 pair of earrings one year for Christmas. I have a bad habit of losing single earrings so my DH (then just a DBF) went to one of those cheep jewelry stores and bought 24 pair. He also bought a single pair of really nice and expensive aquamarine earrings as well. But, it was really funny opening up a Christmas gift that was a shoe box full of earrings.
