I like the Olfa Circle Cutter. What to buy will depend on what you plan to make. For smaller circles, the Olfa is great. I cut out about 40 "bubbles" in about 10 minutes for a fish quilt. It would have taken much longer to cut one at a time. The other circle cutter shown above looks like it would be handy for larger circles.
