Boy does this sound good.
I have left over scalloped potatoes from dinner today and fresh tomatoes from the garden.
I like to take a cut up tomato add sliced cucumber and cover with a little ranch dressing. Let set just for a while for the juice from the tomato mixes in with the ranch.
