Have you ever tried grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches? My fave! I need to see if I can find some fresh tomatoes. I'll try the potato ones too.

I love grilled cheese with tomato sandwich. Sometimes I add a little bacon. My favorite breakfast in the summer is a tomato, cucumber on toasted 12 grain bread. I am so sad that summer is coming to a close.
